Terry opened NHD in 1990 and has trained, developed and coached players for 30+ years. Holding his HP1 High Performance Coaching Certificate, Terry has coached in the ECHL in the Montreal Canadiens organization, been Head Coach and Associate coach in the OJHL for Burlington Cougars, Georgetown Raiders and Milton IceHawks. Terry was Head coach in the CWHL for the Brampton Thunder and for many years coached GTHL hockey at the AAA and AA level.
Terry played Junior hockey in the OHA and minor hockey in the Brampton and Caledon minor hockey systems. Currently Terry is the Minor Bantam AAA coach with the Oakville Rangers in the OMHA.
Dorian grew up playing AAA hockey in the GTHL for the Mississauga Senators and Mississauga Rebels. He played in the OJHL Jr A league for 4 seasons with the Mississauga Chargers, Vaughan Vipers and Georgetown Raiders. Following his junior career Dorian played 4 years in the CIS for the Nipissing Lakers and was awarded an athletic scholarship each year as well as the Captain’s award.
Following his CIS career Dorian moven his talents to Europe playing 4 seasons of pro hockey. 2 years in France for Cen Drakkars and Epinal Gamyo, 1 year in Poland for GKS Katowice and 1 year in England for Coventry Blaze.
Dorian is now a teacher and is also an assistant coach at the AAA level with the Oakville Rangers.
Tyler spent his minor hockey career in the GTHL and in 2002, moved on to play for five years of Provincial Junior A hockey. Subsequently he was able to be an Assistant Coach/Player Mentor for the St Michaels Buzzers and Oshawa Generals Hockey Club. Tyler has worked as an instructor in various hockey schools and training centers, working with all levels and ages of athletes. In this role, he developed and implemented training and skill development activities to advance player ability.
Tyler is now a Firefighter in Oakville and has been since 2009. This has allowed him to stay connected in the community in a variety of events. As a coach, Tyler is committed to creating an environment for players that is progressive, fun and challenging and results in athletes feeling confident and motivated to continuously work towards setting and achieving goals both on and off the ice.
Tyler strives to be a role model for athletes and help them achieve their goals on and off the ice. He believes a large part of coaching is good communication with parents, players and executive staff. He believes that his experience with the 2004 and 2006 age groups in oakville and previous playing experience and leadership roles within the hockey community has allowed him to gain knowledge and skills to grow as an individual and coach.
Scott has played hockey at all levels, beginning with the GTHL (formerly the MTHL) and mostly with the Mississauga Reps organization. He moved onto the OHL and then to AUAA with the Acadia Axemen.
Scott has worked with many organizations over the 30 plus years coaching A, AA, and AAA players of all ages. He believes in teaching and developing each player to reach their full potential. His continuous drive to motivate players to be their very best is seen both on and off the ice. The continuous feedback which Scott gives the players and the parents creates an environment for the player to reach their goals.
Scott completed 30 plus years in law enforcement and now solely focuses on the coaching and developing off the players which he has the privilege to work with both on and off the ice.
